Patient Derived Xenograft (PDX) Explorer incorporates a rich array of scientific discoveries for their translation to the care of Pediatric patients. The Pediatric PDX Explorer project has assembled a multidisciplinary team of clinical, basic, and data scientists to tackle rare yet debilitating diseases.

In collaboration with investigators at UT Southwestern, we have integrated clinical data, genomics data, protein data, and pathology images into a well-designed database. Through a user-friendly web portal built directly onto this database, investigators can apply functionalities such as patient query, online analysis, and digital pathology visualization to accelerate research discoveries and translate them into clinical use.
